用E-mail认证，重设wordpress密码。

直接进入主机的phpMyAdmin更改密码值。

通过FTP上传一个emergency.php到wordpress的根目录重设密码。注意：修改完密码后，一定一定要删除emergency.php文件，防止他人利用。

这里主要说明第3种方法。

复制下面的代码到记事本，保存为emergency.php，然后通过php上传到wordpress根目录。然后在浏览器地址栏输入http://你的wordpressURL地址/emergency.php。后面你就懂了。

注意：修改完密码后，一定一定要删除emergency.php文件，防止他人利用。
